What is the ache beneath the ache?

This is a great time to sit and journal all that comes to you.

Notice not just the thing you are asking for or the situation you want fixed. But allow yourself to explore the deeper longing underneath it all.

Maybe it is peace. Maybe it is direction. Maybe it is belonging. Maybe it is truth. Maybe it is the quiet feeling that there has to be more than what you have known.

Begin with one honest question:

Do not overthink how the answer may come. Pay attention to what rises gently, what brings peace, what aligns with truth, and what draws you closer to Him.

Jesus, what do You need me to know in this moment?

Prayer is not performance. It is honesty turned toward God.
